The library of the European Training and Research Centre for Human Rights and Democracy (ETC) provides a large variety of human rights materials such as books, journals, documents and publications of international organisations and NGOs as well es relevant laws.
Literature is structured into 37 thematic and regional sections comprising around 2400 books mainly in English and German language.
The library puts special emphasis on human rights education, human security, racism and discrimination, South-Eastern Europe, terrorism and organized crime.
Here you find a collection of up to date publications of the ETC, and publications of the partners and other interesting materials with practical relevance.
Opening hours: During the library hours (Monday to Friday from 8 to 11 a.m.) the ETC library is open to the public. In order to enable all researchers access to the books and journals of the library, it is not possible to borrow these documents. Copies can be made at the ETC.
